EOP Sports Media Director

This project highlights my role as the Sports Media Director for EOP Sports, where I’ve had the opportunity to lead, create, and mentor the next generation of sports media professionals while building a strong, consistent content identity for the program.
In this role, I oversee the full creative direction and execution of sports media coverage, including photography, video production, and social media storytelling. From capturing live game action to producing branded content, player features, and event recaps, the focus is on delivering high-quality visuals that elevate both athletes and the EOP Sports brand.

A key part of this role is leadership—guiding students who are passionate about breaking into the sports media industry. Through hands-on training, real-world experience, and creative direction, I help students develop technical skills in photography, videography, editing, and content strategy. This mentorship allows them to build portfolios, gain confidence, and understand the standards required to work in the sports media field.

This collection of work reflects not only the growth of EOP Sports Media, but also the impact of developing talent behind the scenes. It represents a blend of creativity, leadership, and purpose—using media as a tool to tell powerful sports stories while preparing the next generation to step into the industry with skill and confidence.
