In September 2023, I had the amazing opportunity to shoot the USA Basketball Coaches Academy here in Houston. This wasn’t just any event—it was a place where some of the sharpest minds in basketball came together to share, learn, and level up their game. As someone who’s all about capturing the energy of sports, I felt right at home and totally inspired by the vibe.

Leadership and Basketball: More Than Just the Game

Leadership in sports is all about building a platform for ideas that actually make a difference, and this event nailed that. The Coaches Academy was packed with people who weren’t just there to coach but to uplift and mentor. Watching these seasoned pros share insights with younger coaches was a powerful reminder that basketball is way more than just what happens on the court—it’s about growth, resilience, and community.
